Sinopsis

Setelah jatuhnya Gorgom, Kohtaro Minami mendapat pekerjaan sebagai pilot helikopter di sebuah bisnis milik keluarga Sahara, yang juga memberinya rumah baru. Kohtaro kemudian ditangkap oleh Crisis Empire dan ditawarkan tempat di grup mereka.

Ketika Kohtaro menolak, Batu Raja miliknya hancur dan dia terlempar ke angkasa dimana radiasi matahari mengubah Batu Raja miliknya dan dia berubah menjadi Kamen Rider Black RX (Ksatria Baja Hitam RX). Dengan kekuatan barunya, dia melawan Kekaisaran Krisis dan menggagalkan rencana mereka untuk mengambil alih Bumi.
